With her championship opportunity at SummerSlam drawing closer, Jade Cargill has taken to social media to send a direct message to the reigning WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton.
In a post on her X/Twitter account, Cargill shared an image of herself with the championship belt over her shoulder, adding a confident statement aimed squarely at the current titleholder.
“Looks better on me anyway 💅🏾. #STOPPLAYINGWITHME #QUEENSHT ⚡️👑,” she wrote.
Cargill’s path to the championship match was solidified at Night of Champions, where she defeated Asuka in the finals to win the Queen of the Ring tournament. That victory guaranteed her a title shot at the upcoming summer spectacle.
The champion, Tiffany Stratton, is not without her own momentum. She is coming off a successful title defense against Trish Stratus at the recent WWE Evolution premium live event.
Cargill was also victorious at WWE Evolution, defeating her rival Naomi in a No Holds Barred match that had Bianca Belair officiating as the special guest referee.
