John Cena Dismisses Presidential Run Rumors, Focuses on New Film Role

John Cena has no plans to trade the wrestling ring for the White House. When questioned about a potential presidential run during a Us Weekly interview, the WWE superstar quickly dismissed the idea.

This is a movie and I’m playing a role in a buddy action comedy. I just happen to wear a suit and say my character’s in the Oval Office. I think that’s about as far as we can take that.

The interviewer pressed further, but Cena shifted focus back to the project.

I hope you see the movie on Amazon Prime Video. It’s Hez State—it’s fantastic.

Cena currently performs as a heel in WWE, a departure from his traditional heroic persona. While his on-screen roles span from wrestling villain to comedic leader, real-world politics remains off the table—for now.
