16-time world champion John Cena remains tight-lipped about his future in WWE following his championship match against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41.
John Cena may be called “The Greatest of All Time” by many, but even legends need to find fresh motivation—especially with WrestleMania approaching. The 16-time world champion is gearing up for a massive showdown against Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41.
In a recent Sports Illustrated interview, Cena discussed how he continues tackling new challenges after everything he’s already accomplished in his career.
I don’t think my essence changes regardless of the challenge in front of me. I believe that’s the fun part. Getting into a routine of familiarity sometimes stifles growth, so man, there are different challenges in front of me every day. I have a challenge ahead with its own obstacles and I’m just trying to do my best to overcome it.
When pressed about what fans might expect from him in the near future, Cena played it close to the vest, maintaining an air of mystery around his plans.
