Location Confirmed For John Cena’s Final WWE Match

John Cena will wrestle his final match on December 13 at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., with the details being officially announced during the September 29 broadcast of Monday Night Raw. The career-concluding event will be part of a special Saturday Night’s Main Event, set to air exclusively on Peacock in the United States.

The Washington, D.C. event marks the culmination of Cena’s farewell tour, which now consists of five final scheduled appearances for WWE. The confirmation of the location by WWE follows an initial report from WrestleVotes in early September that first identified the city as the likely destination for the match.

Cena’s road to retirement will first travel internationally, as he is scheduled to face AJ Styles at the Crown Jewel premium live event in Perth, Australia, on October 11.

Following that match, his remaining calendar includes appearances on the November 10 edition of Raw in his hometown of Boston, MA, and the November 17 episode in New York, NY. His final premium live event appearance is scheduled for Survivor Series in San Diego, CA, on November 29 before his career concludes in December.
