Major AEW All Out Main Event Rumor Debunked

A significant correction has been issued regarding the planned AEW World Championship match for All Out. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has clarified that Kyle Fletcher was the originally intended challenger for the champion, Adam Page. This corrects a previous report which had incorrectly named Wardlow as the opponent.

The initial report created some confusion, as it stated Wardlow was set to face Page. According to the update, sources confirmed that while Wardlow was in line for a future title shot, it was slated for a separate pay-per-view down the line and not All Out. This clarifies the mix-up between the two planned challengers.

This news, of course, comes after Wardlow suffered a potentially torn pec during his match at the Forbidden Door event, putting any immediate main event plans on hold.

The initial incorrect story, which mentioned a match taking place in Toronto, is being kept online for transparency.
