Major Confrontation Happens After AEW Revolution

AEW Revolution concluded with Jon Moxley successfully defending his AEW World Championship against Adam Copeland in the main event, but the action continued after the broadcast ended.

Moxley retained his title in a match that featured a surprise cash-in by Christian Cage. After Copeland hit “three spears” on the champion, Christian pulled the referee out of the ring and cashed in his championship contract, turning the contest into a triple threat.

Despite the unexpected development, Moxley maintained his championship by choking Christian unconscious. The champion then made his exit through the crowd, where he encountered Prince Nana.

This encounter created the perfect distraction for Swerve Strickland, who attacked Moxley from behind. The #1 contender laid out the champion to make his intentions clear ahead of their future championship match.

After the confrontation with Moxley, Strickland returned to the ring where he shared a moment with Copeland. Strickland took the microphone to address the crowd, declaring “this was his house” before the post-show activities concluded.

The attack positions Strickland as Moxley’s next challenger for the AEW World Championship following the events of Revolution.
