A change has occurred in Solo Sikoa’s WrestleMania 41 plans. According to the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Backstage Pass, Solo will not be facing Roman Reigns as originally intended.
During the broadcast, JoeyVotes and TC discussed the altered direction for The Bloodline enforcer at WWE’s biggest event of the year. Reports from January 6th had already indicated that the planned match against Roman Reigns was unlikely to proceed.
Information has emerged that WWE informed Solo of this change around the time RAW premiered on Netflix. The current plan has him facing Jacob Fatu at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
The seeds for this match were planted during the February 14 edition of SmackDown. Meanwhile, The Undisputed Tribal Chief is now expected to compete in a Triple Threat Match against Seth Rollins and CM Punk at The Show of Shows.
The alteration represents a significant change in direction for Solo’s WrestleMania trajectory, setting up what should be a hard-hitting confrontation between the two Bloodline members.
