Rob Gronkowski may be gearing up for another run in WWE, and he’s made his one condition perfectly clear. During an appearance on the “What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon” show, the former NFL star and 24/7 Champion laid out his non-negotiable term for a return directly to McMahon herself.
The demand was a tribute to one of wrestling’s most iconic factions, D-Generation X. “I’ll come back to WWE if I can do ‘Suck It’ in the middle of the ring,” Gronkowski stated. McMahon’s response was immediate and decisive: “All right. Okay. Deal.”
This isn’t new territory for Gronk, who is a known admirer of the Hall of Fame group. He recently performed the gesture at his “Gronk Beach” party at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, an afterparty for WrestleMania 40. He even noted his proficiency, telling McMahon, “That’s why I was so good at it already—because I was doing it at my Gronk Beach party.”
While the exchange had a playful tone, Gronkowski’s statement that he is “done with football” adds a layer of credibility to a potential comeback. With Stephanie McMahon giving him the green light on his one request, Gronk sealed the verbal agreement with a simple declaration: “I’m coming back.”
