Major Return Will Happen on Tonight’s WWE RAW

A familiar face is poised to make their WWE comeback during tonight’s historic first edition of Raw on Netflix. The show, emanating from Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena, will feature the return of a former roster member who has been absent from WWE programming for several years.

Rusev will step back into a WWE ring tonight, following his signing with the company just weeks ago. Sources from Wrestling Notícias and Império do Wrestling have confirmed that the former United States Champion is already backstage at the T-Mobile Arena preparing for his appearance on the first post-WrestleMania 41 episode of RAW on Netflix.

Reports indicate that Rusev will revert to his original WWE moniker, abandoning the “Miro” name he utilized throughout his run with AEW. Speculation about his potential return began when he was spotted in Las Vegas during WrestleMania 41 weekend, though he did not appear at the premium live event itself.

WWE’s creative team has reportedly opted to take Rusev’s character in a fresh direction. According to backstage sources, the company has decided against reviving his previous “Rusev Day” presentation, instead developing an entirely new approach for his on-screen persona.
