New Champions Crowned During WWE RAW

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the February 24 episode of Raw in Cincinnati, Ohio. The victory came in the show’s main event, following the revelation that Judgment Day members were likely responsible for taking out Jade Cargill.

The match began with Morgan cutting a heat-generating promo to rile up the Ohio crowd. Once the bell rang, champions Belair and Naomi established early control and maintained momentum through the first commercial break despite the challengers’ repeated heel tactics.

The champions nearly secured victory after Belair delivered a flipping splash onto Rodriguez, but Rodriguez kicked out at the last moment. When Belair attempted her KOD finisher, Rodriguez escaped and tagged in Morgan for a double-team codebreaker that resulted in another near fall.

Judgment Day’s influence proved decisive in the match’s closing moments. As Belair and Naomi set up for their double-team finisher, Dominik Mysterio created a timely distraction. Rodriguez capitalized by taking out Belair, allowing Morgan to hit Oblivion on Naomi for a near fall. The decisive moment came when Dominik placed Morgan’s foot on the ropes during a pin attempt, breaking the count.

While Naomi tried to hit her split-legged moonsault, Rodriguez intercepted her, creating the opening for Morgan to secure the pinfall victory and the championships.

This win marks the third Women’s Tag Team Championship reign for Morgan and Rodriguez, further cementing Judgment Day’s growing collection of titles and influence in WWE.
