Nic Nemeth outlines vision for TNA's growth in 2025
TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth discusses company expansion plans while sharing insights from his WWE experience.
TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth shared his aspirations for 2025 during an interview with Denise Salcedo, emphasizing his commitment to TNA Wrestling’s expansion over personal achievements.
The champion outlined his perspective on his role within the company:
I’m very grateful that I can think about other things. The best thing is that I don’t worry about titles or having a specific program with someone, or being a champion for six months. I focus on contributing to the company and helping those who are coming up.
Regarding his plans for the upcoming year:
I hope to face fifty different opponents in 2025, helping to make TNA even better for 2026. It’s going to be an ambitious year for TNA, and we need to deliver. We’ve booked the arenas, we need to sell out those places, and I can tell you that everyone is extremely excited for that.
Nemeth reflects on WWE creative challenges
During a Busted Open Radio appearance, Nemeth discussed the difficulties faced under Vince McMahon’s management, particularly regarding last-minute script changes:
You’d hear people asking, ‘What are we doing tonight?’ and the answer would often be, ‘I heard the whole show was rewritten at 5:45.
He shared insights about working around creative limitations:
If you don’t have the chance to tell the story through the script, try to do it in the way you sell the fight, so that if you get another opportunity in the future, it will have a greater impact.
