NXT Tag Team Championhip Match: Nathan Frazer & Axiom (c) vs. Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura
– Axiom and Frazer lands a combined blow to Inamura, followed by a pinfall.

The champions and challengers shake hands as a sign of respect. Suddenly, four unknown attackers storm the ring to assault them. Several officials rush to the scene, forcing the assailants to flee into the crowd.

Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo expresses regret for not seeing last week’s events coming. Sitting at one of the tables in La Familia’s restaurant, “Stacks” vows to take care of Shawn Spears and his crew for their attack on Tony D’Angelo. Channing promises to deliver payback on behalf of The D’Angelo Family, and it won’t be pretty.

Strap Match: Trick Williams vs. Eddy Thorpe
– Thorpe lands a “Running Knee” on Williams, followed by a pinfall.

Ricky Starks posts a promo on Twitter/X, announcing that he will sign his official contract on the next episode of NXT. He then teases revealing his plans for the developmental brand.

Singles Match: Je’Von Evans vs. Ethan Page
– Page lands a “Twist of Fate” on Evans, followed by a pinfall.

Sarah Schreiber interviews Stephanie Vaquer backstage. The Chilean wrestler notes that she has made history tonight. However, her night isn’t over yet, as she will be watching the fatal four-way match for the NXT Women’s Championship set to headline tonight’s event.

Austin Theory makes his entrance, but his music is soon interrupted by Grayson Waller’s theme. Waller enters the ring before his teammate, prompting Theory to confront him about it.

NXT Championship – Triple Threat Match: Oba Femi (c) vs. Austin Theory vs. Grayson Waller
– Femi lands a “Powerbomb” on Theory, followed by a pinfall.

The arena lights go out, and suddenly, the four attackers from earlier reappear to assault the champion. Two of them hurl “The Ruler” toward the other two, who deliver a double powerbomb mid-air. With their faces masked, the four men pose over an immobilized Femi.

Sarah Schreiber interviews Ava, who vows to deal with the four mysterious men. Arianna Grace makes her return to NXT. Miss NXT thanks Ava for allowing her to represent the brand in TNA. Santino Marella appears on the scene, proudly praising Ava for her growth into a leading authority figure in NXT, a role he holds in TNA. Ava and Marella head to her office to discuss ideas for the future of the brand alliance.

NXT Women’s Champonshp – Fatal 4-Way Match: Giulia (c) vs. Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Cora Jade
– Giulia lands a “Northern Lights Bomb” on Perez, followed by a pinfall.

After the match, Stephanie Vaquer’s music hits, and the Chilean wrestler, along with her friend Gulia, appears to celebrate with her partner. As the broadcast was nearing its end, Jordynne Grace made her way to the ring, confronting both women and officially closing out the show.
