Alexa Bliss returned to WWE at the 2025 Royal Rumble, entering the Women’s Royal Rumble Match at number 21. Bliss participated for approximately 11 minutes before being eliminated by Liv Morgan.
According to PWInsider, Bliss was present at the arena before the premium live event. Fightful Select reports that participants in the match were unaware of her scheduled appearance, as she did not attend Friday’s rehearsals. The report notes that Shotzi was originally planned for the spot.
Backstage personnel welcomed Bliss’s return, though some expressed concern about the last-minute change affecting Shotzi’s scheduled appearance.
The commentary team acknowledged reports of Bliss’s previous contract discussions during her entrance.
