Paul Heyman reveals what his plans for Roman Reigns would be like
Paul Heyman reveals his unique approach to creative storytelling in WWE, discussing the importance of long-term vision in booking major storylines.

Paul Heyman discussed his creative approach to storyline development during an appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, following Roman Reigns’ victory over Solo Sikoa in last week’s Tribal Combat on Raw.
When asked about potentially booking Logan Paul’s trajectory in 2025, Heyman emphasized the importance of long-term planning in wrestling narratives. He explained that successful storytelling requires looking beyond immediate matchups to build compelling multi-year arcs.
My answer is I wouldn’t book him just for 2025. My question would be, who is Logan Paul’s opponent for WrestleMania 42, and more importantly, who is Logan Paul’s opponent for WrestleMania 43? If we’re just looking at ‘who is his opponent for (WrestleMania) 41 or 42,’ then we’re narrowcasting here.
The Wiseman then shared insights into his writing process, revealing his method of starting with the conclusion and working backward:
I have never written a script or answered an idea without knowing the final page. I write the final page first. Here is the end, it may transition to something else, but here is how this story ends. How do we get there? How do we milk it? How do we tease them? What’s the intrigue? What are the other characters’ dimensions that play off of this? How does this story affect all others?
The discussion brought back memories of Crown Jewel 2022, where Reigns successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against Paul in their only one-on-one encounter.
