NXT talent Jazmyn Nyx has publicly addressed her compensation, confirming she earned less than the rumored developmental salary floor of $80,000 annually. The disclosure came on Instagram amid reports that she declined a contract extension with WWE.
An Instagram user confronted Nyx with figures suggesting NXT talent earn between \$80,000 and \$150,000 per year. Nyx corrected the assumption directly.
“If I was making that, it would’ve been great!” she replied.
Financial terms appear central to her impending exit. PWInsider Elite reported that Nyx will leave the company when her current deal expires. WWE has not issued an official comment.
On the September 23 episode of NXT, the promotion executed an angle to write her character off television. Nyx was found backstage after an attack by her Fatal Influence stablemates, Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley. Jayne declared the faction dissolved before abandoning Nyx.
Addressing her post-WWE plans, Nyx stated she will not open an OnlyFans account. Despite the reported departure and the on-screen angle, she remains listed on the official WWE roster page.
