This development suggests their partnership, which has gained significant fan support, was designed as a short-term storyline leading to an eventual split.
This news surfaces just days after the duo unsuccessfully challenged for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match at Evolution on July 13. The context of that loss now frames the team’s future, which seems to be heading in one of two conflicting directions.
