Zilla Fatu has suggested a significant career development may be on the horizon during a recent interview with Tim Rivera. The son of Umaga and member of the legendary Bloodline family addressed questions about his plans for 2025.
When asked about his immediate future, Fatu provided a response that many have interpreted as a hint toward a potential major debut.
Man, all I’ll say is, it’s going to be very big, and it’s going to be very impactful for my family—my mom, my brothers, my dad. And I—I can’t wait, because it’s going to be very, very special. We’re going to make history when I debut—best believe that.
Fatu also discussed what qualities he believes he would bring to a major promotion’s roster.
What I can add to the main roster is just—just being raw, being uncut. You know, not—not talking through filters, just being real. And I feel like when you’re real, the product is going to be more authentic. And when that happens, that’s when you touch people’s emotions—that’s when you take the story to a whole other level. It’s not even about the wrestling; it’s not about none of that. It’s about the story. So if I can do that and go out there and execute every time, it’s going to be dangerous for a lot of people. So I just can’t wait.
Fatu has been developing his skills on the independent wrestling scene. He emphasized the importance of authenticity and storytelling during the interview.
While Fatu did not specifically name WWE as his destination, his references to “main roster” and family history have fueled speculation about his future plans.
