Rikishi expresses concern over The Bloodline member's Survivor Series injury
WWE legend Rikishi discusses Bronson Reed’s ankle injury from Survivor Series WarGames match, suggesting potential surgery and extended recovery period ahead.

Bronson Reed’s dramatic WarGames spot at Survivor Series has raised serious health concerns. The 36-year-old star suffered what appears to be a severe injury during his attempt to take out Roman Reigns with a Tsunami from the cage’s summit.
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi addressed Reed’s condition during the latest episode of Off The Top podcast. The veteran wrestler painted a sobering picture of the recovery ahead, particularly regarding the ankle injury sustained when Reed crashed through a table after his high-risk maneuver.
“The show goes on, you know what I mean? Hopefully, he’s not going to be out for too long. But if it’s the type of injury they’re talking about, it could require reconstruction of the ankle. They’ve got to put everything back together—all the tendons—so it’s a tough situation,” Rikishi explained during the podcast’s 13:08 mark.
The WarGames match between The OG Bloodline and The New Bloodline left its toll on several competitors. Jimmy Uso also sustained an injury during the contest, though reports indicate his condition is less severe than Reed’s. The brutal nature of the match showcased the risks WWE superstars take to deliver memorable moments for fans.
