Roman Reigns Mentioned On WWE RAW

During the opening segment of the July 7 episode of WWE RAW, Paul Heyman publicly questioned the courage of his former associate, Roman Reigns. As the crowd chanted for the absent star, Heyman fired back with a pointed declaration regarding Reigns’ potential return to the company.

“Reigns doesn’t ‘have the balls’ to step up to this new group,” Heyman stated.

The comment was made while Heyman was in the ring supporting his current alliance, which includes Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed. This new faction was solidified on the episode of WWE RAW immediately following WrestleMania 41, the same event where Heyman famously betrayed Reigns to align himself with Rollins.

That post-WrestleMania show was the last time Reigns was seen on WWE programming. He was attacked by Rollins and the newly allied Breakker, which served as the storyline explanation for his extended absence.

While Heyman’s on-air comments dismissed the possibility of a return, recent reports suggest that discussions have occurred internally regarding Reigns’ comeback ahead of the WWE SummerSlam premium live event, scheduled for August 2-3, 2025. His return is anticipated to reignite the feud with both Rollins and Heyman.
