Roman Reigns Returning to WWE as Heel to Join New Faction?

WWE fans continue to await Roman Reigns’ return following his absence since Royal Rumble. According to WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, Reigns could potentially return as the third member of The Rock and John Cena’s newly formed heel alliance.

During a recent episode of his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi addressed speculation about The Rock potentially recruiting another member to join his faction with Cena. The discussion centered around The Final Boss making a two-finger gesture similar to his three-count gesture from Bad Blood last year.

Rikishi expressed concern about the possibility of Reigns joining the heel faction.

Then I hope it ain’t, the third person and I’m just kind of throwing it out there, but I hope you know down the line it’s nobody in The Bloodline is that third person and we all know who [it will be] if it comes down to one that’s really going to break all the wrestling fans’ hearts. That’ll break my heart too, man, you know cause Rock is, he’s going after people’s jobs and everything, he’s talking, ‘I want your soul,’ man, that’s scary. That is truly scary

The Rock and Cena formed their unexpected alliance at Elimination Chamber, with Cena turning heel for the first time in 22 years. The shocking development left fans worldwide stunned by the 16-time world champion’s betrayal.

Cena is now scheduled to challenge Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania 41, seeking to secure a record-breaking 17th world championship victory.

Roman Reigns has been absent from WWE programming since Seth Rollins attacked him at Royal Rumble. His potential return timeline and WrestleMania 41 opponent remain unclear as WWE continues The Road to WrestleMania.
