The financial details surrounding Jazmyn Nyx’s departure from WWE have been revealed, with reports indicating she declined a multi-year contract extension valued at \$75,000 per year. According to Fightful Select, the offer represented no increase from her current salary, a key factor in her decision to leave NXT.
Nyx addressed her compensation directly on Instagram. Responding to a fan’s claim that NXT talent earns between \$80,000 and \$150,000, she wrote, “If I was making that, it would’ve been great!”
Sources close to the situation clarified that the \$75,000 figure was gross, with one talent estimating her actual take-home pay could be as low as \$60,000 after taxes and professional expenses. It is unclear if the proposed contract included any scheduled raises.
WWE has already moved to write her off television. On the September 23 episode of NXT, Nyx was attacked backstage by her Fatal Influence stablemates Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley, who then officially disbanded the group.
While some developmental talent reportedly earn six-figure salaries, and a few even exceed the main roster’s base pay, Nyx’s situation underscores that such contracts are not the norm. Entry-level and developmental deals often start significantly lower.
A separate report from PWInsider Elite confirmed Nyx will leave WWE when her current contract expires, though she remains listed on the official roster as of this writing. She has also stated she does not plan to open an OnlyFans account. WWE has not issued a public comment.
