You got what you wanted. You got your match. You couldn’t just take the punishment you deserved and let it go. You wanna fight me? You wanna hurt me? You wanna end my career, which would hurt my family by the way… but what about your family, Sami?
Owens expanded on the potential consequences of their match.
You’re about to put them through watching your career end in Toronto. And then what happens when you can’t provide for them? When the security, the shelter, it’s all gone? Why? Because you’re selfish. You’re gonna make me do this to them. They’ll never forgive you for that. I’ll see you in Toronto. Remember—you asked for this. It’s all your fault.
