Samoa Joe returns during AEW Dynamite

A major return took place during the past episode of AEW Dynamite, which had the special Maximum Carnage theme. It was the former AEW World Champion, Samoa Joe.

The “Samoan Submission Machine” returned to confront The Patriarchy, led by Christian Cage, who were brutally attacking Hook. Names like Kip Sabian and Nick Wayne were among Joe’s targets, but they ended up fleeing.

Joe returns to AEW television programming after more than six months, when he was defeated by Chris Jericho in a Stampede Street Fight Match on the July 10th Dynamite.

Joe’s absence was due to Hollywood commitments

Although Samoa Joe’s absence from AEW was sold as an injury suffered in the Stampede Street Fight Match against Chris Jericho, that wasn’t exactly the case.
