According to PW Insider Elite, the name Sol Ruca, former NXT Women’s North American Champion, has been circulating backstage in WWE as a potential surprise entrant in the women’s Battle Royal.
Earlier today, Triple H said on Get Up, on ESPN, that many surprises are planned for next Saturday’s event. That means Ruca, one of NXT’s most highly praised stars in recent weeks, could be one of them.
During this afternoon’s Pat McAfee Show, Brock Lesnar confirmed his participation in the men’s Battle Royal, making the match even more stacked with top-tier talent. Names such as Gunther, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes had already been announced previously.
WWE is already fully prepared for the event. Images have leaked of The Kingdom Arena completely set up for the show that will kick off the Road to WrestleMania 42.
