Amidst speculation about their partnership, The Street Profits addressed their recent issues backstage, only to be confronted by Bo Dallas and Erick Rowan.

Street Profits’ WWE Future Addressed On SmackDown

Any speculation about a split between Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins was silenced on SmackDown, as the Street Profits stood together before being ambushed by the Wyatt Sicks.

Rumors of dissension have lingered since the Profits lost the WWE Tag Team Championships to the Wyatt Sicks on the July 11 episode of SmackDown. Their unsuccessful rematch at Clash in Paris, combined with Bo Dallas’s ongoing psychological tactics, only fueled questions about the team’s stability.

The matter came to a head backstage this week. After B-Fab and Michin encouraged the duo to resolve their differences, Ford reassured Dawkins that they were “good” and promised to speak with General Manager Nick Aldis about another title opportunity.

Moments later, Dallas confronted Dawkins, suggesting that Ford was ignoring him. Ford quickly returned, shoving Dallas against a wall in frustration. The confrontation ended abruptly when Erick Rowan blindsided both Ford and Dawkins, leaving the former champions laid out on the floor.
