WrestleVotes reports The Rock and Cody Rhodes will meet face-to-face during SmackDown in New Orleans. WWE adjusted the show’s lineup to accommodate The Rock’s return, removing the scheduled Naomi vs. Liv Morgan match.
The Rock comes to SmackDown following his appearance on the RAW Netflix premiere, where he presented Roman Reigns with the Ula Fala after Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa in Tribal Combat. His initial return occurred at Bad Blood in October, where he appeared after Rhodes and Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
WWE scheduled a post-SmackDown press conference where The Rock will address the media.
