AEW has confirmed Dynamite will proceed as scheduled on March 19 from Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Omaha despite severe weather warnings. Tony Khan addressed fan concerns following a winter storm alert issued for the area.
Winter storm Nyla has prompted weather warnings across 50 Nebraska counties, effective from 1 am to 2 pm local time on March 19. Travel disruptions are expected during this period, with reduced visibility from strong winds, blizzards and snow drifts.
Tony Khan provided an update on social media about the status of talent arrivals for the broadcast.
It’s Wednesday, 3/19, final day of winter, there’s a blizzard in Omaha today! We have 3 huge #AEWDynamite fights set for tonight, all advertised wrestlers are in Omaha now! We have more to announce for tonight when the rest of the team arrives safely! Don’t miss Dynamite TONIGHT!
