Alexa Bliss will likely be absent from WWE SmackDown in Barcelona, Spain tonight based on her recent social media activity. The February Royal Rumble returnee has been wrestling sporadically on the blue brand since coming back to WWE.
Bliss appears to be at home rather than in Spain with the rest of the SmackDown roster for tonight’s show at the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona. Her Instagram stories from the past 15 hours indicate she has not traveled with her colleagues to Europe.
The WWE superstar posted four different stories on Instagram, all showing her away from Barcelona. Instead, Bliss seems to be spending time at home enjoying what she described as a “family movie dinner date night” with her husband, Ryan Cabrera.
Given her location based on social media posts, Bliss would need to make extraordinary travel arrangements to appear in Barcelona tonight. Her absence raises questions about when she might rejoin the SmackDown European tour for other scheduled shows.
WWE has not commented on Bliss’s status for tonight’s event or her absence from the European tour. SmackDown continues its schedule of international shows following tonight’s broadcast from Barcelona.
