A SmackDown promo from returning Alexa Bliss featuring the line "I am in charge" fuels discussion about potential changes in The Wyatt Sicks faction.

Triple H May Have Subtly Confirmed Leadership Change in The Wyatt Sicks

Following a two-year absence, Alexa Bliss returned at the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble match. Despite her early elimination by Liv Morgan, Bliss secured another opportunity through qualification for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

During the February 21st episode of SmackDown, Bliss appeared in a video package discussing her return and goals. Her statement “I am in charge” caught attention, particularly given The Wyatt Sicks’ recent move to SmackDown during the transfer window. Specialists are speculating that Alexa Bliss’s recent promo may be a subtle hint from Triple H that the former RAW women’s champion has taken over the role previously held by Uncle Howdy as the new leader of the Wyatt Sicks.

The Wyatt Sicks, previously led by Uncle Howdy, engaged in a rivalry with The Final Testament on Raw before their brand switch.

The faction has not appeared on television since their draft to SmackDown.
