Triple H Says International City Could Host Future WWE WrestleMania
During a post-Elimination Chamber press conference, Triple H addresses the possibility of Toronto hosting WrestleMania in the future, highlighting the economic impact considerations.

Triple H addressed the possibility of Toronto hosting WWE WrestleMania during his post-Elimination Chamber press conference. The Rogers Centre in Toronto, which hosted Elimination Chamber, previously held WrestleMania 18 in 2002 and WrestleMania 6 in 1990.
When asked specifically about Toronto potentially hosting WWE’s biggest annual event again, Triple H explained the complex bidding process involved.
All markets are. That is a different animal now that includes a bidding process and everything that goes into it because it is such a massive business. Hundreds of millions of dollars get poured into the city that brings WrestleMania. The economic impact that we have going into a city with something the scale of WrestleMania is incredible.
Triple H continued discussing what makes a venue suitable for the premium live event.
Any place that has a vibrant fanbase and has a building like the Rogers Center that we can go into and pack it with a lot of people and get them there from all over the globe, it’s definitely on the list.
The Elimination Chamber event at Rogers Centre drew over 35,000 fans, though WWE did not open the entire stadium. If fully utilized, the venue could accommodate more than 50,000 attendees.
Toronto continues to host WWE television shows, premium live events and house shows regularly, with Money in the Bank 2024 scheduled to take place in the city later this year.
Based on Triple H’s comments, Toronto could potentially secure a future WrestleMania if city officials put together a competitive bid for the event.
