Two Former WWE Champions Move to SmackDown
WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis confirms The Miz and Damian Priest as latest transfers during January 25th episode following recent roster changes.

WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced two major roster changes during the January 25th episode of SmackDown.
The Miz learned of his transfer to the blue brand through the official transfer window, expressing concern about the presence of The Wyatt Sicks (Uncle Howdy aka Bo Dallas, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, & Nikki Cross) on the show. The Wyatt Sicks moved to SmackDown during the January 13th episode of RAW.
Damian Priest also joined the SmackDown roster through the transfer window. Priest, who competed on RAW since his 2021 main roster debut, last appeared on the January 13th Netflix episode of RAW where he defeated Finn Balor in a street fight.
Aldis scheduled Priest’s first SmackDown match against Carmelo Hayes for the evening.
