Two Major WWE NXT Stars Heading to Main Roster After WrestleMania 41

According to a recent report from WrestleVotes during a Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom will move to WWE’s main roster after WrestleMania 41.

They are main roster bound post-WrestleMania and I think they’re going to do great. I think they’re a tremendous tag team. I couldn’t tell you who they’re going to work with. That’s a couple of months down the road, but I believe after WrestleMania comes springtime, you’ll see them more on WWE TV.

The report indicates the champions are viewed internally as a strong tag team with significant potential in the company’s future plans. WWE appears to be positioning them for increased television exposure beginning in spring following WrestleMania season.

Before their expected main roster transition, Frazer and Axiom confronted The Hardy Boyz on this week’s NXT after Matt and Jeff Hardy defeated Myles Borne and Tavion Heights. Following this interaction, WWE announced the NXT Tag Team Champions will challenge for the TNA Tag Team Championship at Roadblock.

This upcoming match against the legendary Hardy Boyz represents a significant opportunity for the NXT champions prior to their anticipated main roster arrival.
