Vince McMahon Continues Watching WWE Programming
Former WWE head Vince McMahon reportedly still watches WWE content according to Sean Ross Sapp, though no one claims to maintain contact with him.

Former WWE chairman Vince McMahon hasn’t completely disconnected from the product despite his high-profile exit from the company’s creative process.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp revealed during a Q&A session that the controversial figure still keeps tabs on WWE programming from afar.
I’ve not heard about his feelings about anything like that but I have heard that occasionally he’ll watch and stuff like that.
The reporter emphasized that any remaining WWE-McMahon connections have gone completely dark following recent scandals.
I want to say this sincerely, there’s no motivation for anybody in WWE to tell me that they have any type of relationship, connection, or conversation with Vince McMahon.
Sapp further clarified the situation inside WWE’s ranks regarding McMahon: “Whether it be true or not, within WWE it doesn’t serve anybody well to tell me, a reporter, that they have or maintain any real relationship with that man… Nobody that I have heard from claims they talk to Vince.”
McMahon resigned as TKO Executive Chairman in January 2024 amid serious sex trafficking and assault allegations from former WWE staffer Janel Grant.
Additional legal troubles mounted with another lawsuit from former WWE ring boys alleging McMahon knew about abuse carried out by Mel Phillips.
The former WWE head still maintains roughly 4% ownership in TKO Group Holdings while reportedly developing a new entertainment venture outside wrestling.
The McMahon saga represents a dramatic fall from grace for someone who once controlled every aspect of WWE, yet seemingly can’t fully let go of watching what he built.
