What Went Down Before WWE SmackDown in London?
Motor City Machine Guns picked up a victory over DIY in a dark match before SmackDown aired from London’s O2 Arena.

London fans got more than they bargained for before SmackDown went live from the O2 Arena on March 28.
Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley of The Motor City Machine Guns squared off against Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa in an untelevised dark match. The Detroit veterans secured a big win this time around, getting some payback for their Royal Rumble loss.
Even without TV cameras rolling, the crowd went wild for this rematch between two of wrestling’s most technically sound tag teams.

This victory continues the heated rivalry that kicked off with their 2-out-of-3 falls bout at Royal Rumble with tag gold on the line.
The Motor City Machine Guns, known for their impressive run in TNA/Impact Wrestling, proved they’re still a force in WWE’s stacked tag division.
Meanwhile, the live SmackDown broadcast features the Street Profits defending their WWE Tag Team Titles against England’s own Pretty Deadly.
Mark Shunock also made his WWE debut as a ring announcer, now using the name Mark Nash after his time with Top Rank Boxing on ESPN.
