WWE analyst praises Solo Sikoa’s evolution ahead of Tribal Combat match

Sam Roberts praised Solo Sikoa’s character development and in-ring presence ahead of the upcoming Tribal Combat match against Roman Reigns. The match, scheduled for January 6, 2025, at the WWE RAW Netflix premiere, will determine the rightful Tribal Chief between the two competitors.

During his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts discussed Sikoa’s transformed persona and its impact on audiences:

Solo Sikoa shifting back into swaggy Solo, but he’s still kind of scary Solo as well. He’s becoming scary, swaggy Solo, and it’s really impressive; the command that he has developed of the audience. This is a guy, a lot of people are going, ‘Man, he’s improved a lot since April!

Roberts elaborated on Sikoa’s rapid progression in WWE, emphasizing his growth from a newcomer to a commanding presence:

Now, he’s playing on a different level and that’s true. But I think you also have to take into account he’s a young guy and just a few years ago, he had no experience, and now he’s holding the audience in the palm of his hand like a very few performers have the ability to do.

Sami Zayn could impact Roman Reigns’ legacy at RAW Netflix premiere

The dynamics within The Bloodline continue to evolve as tensions rise between its members. Sami Zayn’s position in the group faces scrutiny as the inaugural RAW on Netflix approaches, particularly regarding the Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.

Recent attacks on both Zayn and Jey Uso by Sikoa’s faction have highlighted growing discord within the group, especially notable during Reigns’ absence since Survivor Series: WarGames.

The situation mirrors the complex history between Reigns and Zayn, whose initial acceptance into the Bloodline came through Jey Uso’s endorsement rather than Reigns’ direct approval.
