WWE Announces Legendary Tag Team for Hall of Fame Induction
WWE announces Earthquake and Typhoon, collectively known as The Natural Disasters, will join Lex Luger, Triple H, and Michelle McCool in the 2025 Hall of Fame class.

The nearly 900-pound tag team that shook WWE rings in the early ’90s will finally get their Hall of Fame recognition during WrestleMania weekend in Las Vegas.
WWE officially announced Monday that The Natural Disasters will join the 2025 Hall of Fame class, cementing their legacy in wrestling history.
One of the most physically imposing duos in professional wrestling history. Earthquake (John Tenta) and Typhoon (Fred Ottman), known together as The Natural Disasters, will enter the WWE Hall of Fame as members of the Class of 2025.
The colossal pairing debuted in late 1990 and quickly dominated the tag division, squaring off against legendary teams like Money Inc. and The Legion of Doom.
The duo captured WWE tag team gold during their run and even aligned with Andre the Giant, further establishing their dominance in the company’s heavyweight ranks.
Before joining forces, Earthquake made waves with his memorable feud against Hulk Hogan, while also building an impressive athletic background in sumo and collegiate sports.
Typhoon, uncle to current Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, made his mark in Championship Wrestling from Florida before his WWE run.
The Natural Disasters join an already stacked Hall of Fame class featuring Lex Luger, Triple H, and Michelle McCool for the ceremony during WrestleMania weekend.
The timing of the announcement feels particularly fitting as WWE returns to an era where legitimate size and presence once again matter in the business, reminding fans that sometimes the most memorable stars are the ones who literally shake the ring when they enter it.
