Stephanie Vaquer successfully defended her NXT Women’s North American Championship against Karmen Petrovic on February 25. After securing the victory, Vaquer was approached by NXT Women’s Champion Giulia who entered the ring.
Giulia congratulated Vaquer on her victory and addressed the crowd. The NXT Women’s Champion stated her desire to determine which of them is the superior champion, proposing a championship match between them.
Vaquer acknowledged their friendship but accepted the challenge, suggesting they face each other in a Title vs. Title match. Both competitors raised their respective championship belts to signify their agreement to the match.
WWE has not yet announced when this champion versus champion match will take place. Both women currently hold singles championships on the NXT brand, with Giulia as the NXT Women’s Champion and Vaquer as the NXT Women’s North American Champion.
