The return of Roman Reigns to WWE programming has been accompanied by the reveal of a previously scrapped championship design, now available for purchase as a replica title. Following his appearance on the July 14 episode of WWE RAW, the “Tribal Chief Championship Replica Title” was listed for pre-order on the official WWE Shop.
This new merchandise confirms previous reports from December 2024 that WWE had discussed introducing a new title into the storyline between Reigns and Solo Sikoa. According to a confirmation from WrestleVotes, the design of the newly released replica is the same one that would have been presented to Reigns had the company moved forward with the original plan.
The initial concept for a “Tribal Chief Championship” was ultimately abandoned. Instead, the narrative for the feud between Reigns and Sikoa centered on the ceremonial Ula Fala and the official recognition as the tribe’s leader.
Their conflict culminated in a Tribal Combat match, which saw Reigns emerge victorious. The win allowed him to reclaim the Ula Fala and solidify his standing as the Tribal Chief without the introduction of a new physical championship belt into the storyline at that time. The replica is scheduled to ship to buyers no later than October 16, 2025.
This would have been the title presented to Reigns on Netflix had that decision gone through back in December.
