WWE has placed creative plans for Alexa Bliss’s return on hold indefinitely, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.
Alexa Bliss was scheduled to return at the WWE RAW taping in San Jose on January 13th. WWE creative had developed a storyline involving The Wyatt Sicks for her return.
However, Johnson reports that creative received instructions to “drop all plans” just before the event.
The report indicates that creative plans were not the cause of the delay, and Bliss was prepared to make her return. While one source suggested a potential contract issue, other sources could not confirm the reason for the postponement.
PWInsider reports that Alexa Bliss is not included in any creative pitches for the upcoming Women’s Royal Rumble match.
