NXT Homecoming was already billed as a major event, but WWE has raised the stakes with the addition of top main roster names to the card at Full Sail University.
Earlier today, the company announced through social media that Bianca Belair, Bobby Roode, and United States Champion Sami Zayn will all be part of the special.
For Belair, the appearance is notable as she continues her gradual return to WWE programming following the fractured finger she suffered at WrestleMania 41. Roode’s inclusion is equally significant. The former NXT Champion, who has been working backstage as a producer, has been cleared for an in-ring return after three years away due to neck surgeries.
They join a lineup already stacked with star power. Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, and DIY’s Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa had previously been confirmed, ensuring that the Homecoming show doubles as a tribute to the brand’s black-and-gold era.
Beyond the appearances, the card features three championship bouts. Ethan Page will defend the NXT North American Title against the returning Tyler Breeze, while newly crowned WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss will put their titles on the line against Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley.
The night will also include a six-woman tag match, with Rhea Ripley, Tiffany Stratton, and Stephanie Vaquer taking on Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, and Jazmyn Nyx, rounding out what promises to be one of NXT’s most significant nights of the year.
