WWE has filed to trademark a new in-ring name, “PJ Vasa.” The application was officially submitted on September 28, 2025, though it remains unconfirmed which performer the name is intended for. The filing covers a wide range of entertainment services associated with a professional wrestler.

These include live wrestling exhibitions, appearances across broadcast media and the internet, and the operation of fan clubs and online newsletters. It has not been confirmed whether the PJ Vasa name will be assigned to a new talent or used to repackage a current member of the roster.

This move follows a similar instance earlier in 2025 when the company assigned the new moniker JC Mateo to Jeff Cobb upon his debut.
