WWE Legend Hints at Possible Return to Align with The Bloodline

WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has confirmed his willingness to return to the company for a specific role within The Bloodline storyline. Speaking on the most recent episode of his Rikishi Fatu Off The Top podcast, the former Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion addressed the possibility of becoming the faction’s new “Wise Man.”

The role was originally held by Paul Heyman, who served as the advisor to Roman Reigns before turning on him at WrestleMania 41 to align with Seth Rollins as “The Oracle.” When asked if he would consider filling that vacancy, Rikishi was clear but set specific conditions, emphasizing that any return must be handled with creative purpose.

“Without a doubt. Without a doubt. Like I said, you know, anything I can do to be able to be there to support, you know, the family, you know, and it’s got to be right. You know what I mean?. I just don’t want to be that person just thrown in, right?”

Rikishi then placed the responsibility for his return directly on the audience, stating that he needs to see and feel a genuine demand from fans before making a comeback.

“But we, you know, definitely got to be hands-on. How you gonna bring me in? And you know that part right there. But, yeah, man, I do it for the fans. Yes, at the fans, you know? I mean, they want me to [come] back. Hey, I need to hear it. I need to see it. I need to see it. I need to feel it. You know, I need to see your signs up there on Monday Night WWE RAW. I need to see your sign-off, SmackDown. Bring back Rikishi. That’s what. I need to see it.”

His comments arrive at a critical time for The Bloodline, which has become increasingly fractured with his sons, Jimmy and Jey Uso, at the center of the conflict. The potential inclusion of their father as an authoritative figure could anchor the storyline, and Rikishi confirmed he is ready to step in if the circumstances are right.

“And then once that, you know, things like that, start to happen, I can see the fans. Because when the WWE Universe speaks, the fan speaks man, it happens real quick. And so, yeah, I’m down to be able to, you know, be part of the original bloodline crew. And, you know, be that wise man, or, you know, whatever the part that, you know, the tribal chief wants me to be through, you know, standing down, you know, stand on business. Hey, I’m there. Man.”
