WWE Reveals Future of Major Championship Following Evolution

Following her dramatic Women’s World Championship victory at Evolution 2, Naomi has officially confirmed she is now a member of the WWE RAW roster. During an appearance on the Evolution Recap Show, the new champion declared her intention to dominate Monday nights, a brand where she feels she has unfinished business.

Naomi explained that her move to the red brand is driven by a desire to rectify her past experiences there, stating she now has a new list of goals to achieve.

“Well, yeah, obviously, cuz I gotta [taps Women’s World Title], you know what I’m saying? I’m about to create pure hell and havoc over there. I can’t wait. Cuz I always feel like Raw did me dirty. I ain’t never had no success over there on Raw, so yeah, I want to. I want to turn that around. I got some stuff I need to go do over there. I feel like I haven’t been in the conversation with the women that have been over there. Nah, and we about to have some good conversations.”

The championship win occurred in the main event on Sunday, July 13, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank contract during a grueling match between then-champion IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley. After a chaotic sequence that saw the referee incapacitated, Naomi entered the fray, turning the contest into a Triple Threat. She used the briefcase as a weapon against SKY before sending Ripley into the ring post and executing her Split-Legged Moonsault on SKY for the pinfall victory.

Her win was particularly notable as it came after she had already competed and lost a No Holds Barred match to Jade Cargill earlier in the evening. When reminded that her move to WWE RAW means she will no longer have to deal with Cargill, Naomi expressed her satisfaction.

“I am. I love that. For me. I’m the champion.”

Naomi’s move to WWE RAW as its new Women’s World Champion immediately injects new energy and potential rivalries into the show, positioning her as a central figure for the brand.
