Ridge Holland will be sidelined after suffering an injury during the TNA iMPACT! tapings over the weekend in Edmonton, Alberta. The match against Moose was halted when Holland could not continue, and he was helped to the back.
On social media, Holland confirmed the nature of the injury, writing, “Lisfranc Injury…Surgery Friday. See ya in abit”. A Lisfranc injury involves a fracture or dislocation of the midfoot joints, an area connecting the forefoot and hindfoot.
The incident occurred on September 27, 2025, when Holland landed awkwardly and was unable to put weight on his leg. Officials called the match, with Moose declared the winner by referee stoppage. Witnesses noted Moose assisted Holland backstage after the contest.
Holland, who is signed to WWE and currently featured on WWE EVOLVE, has been active in the NXT–TNA storyline. His recent appearances included targeting Mike Santana, to whom he lost the previous night at TNA Victory Road on September 26.
The affected match is scheduled to air on the October 12 episode of Impact Wrestling, tying into the ongoing NXT vs. TNA Invasion angle. Holland’s role in the feud has centered on an agreement with Trick Williams, which positioned him as a heel seeking a path to a TNA World Championship opportunity by taking Santana out of contention.
