WWE star fired by Vince McMahon returns to RAW ring after nearly 2 years
The Wyatt Sicks member’s first singles match since February 2023 ends in chaos as The Final Testament interferes during clash with The Miz.
Dexter Lumis made his return to singles competition on RAW, marking his first one-on-one match on the red brand in 686 days. The current member of The Wyatt Sicks last competed in singles action on February 6, 2023, defeating Baron Corbin in under four minutes.
Lumis, who was released from WWE in April 2022 during Vince McMahon’s tenure, returned to the company after Triple H assumed creative control. Since his return, he has adopted the persona of Mercy The Buzzard as part of The Wyatt Sicks faction.
His match against The Miz ended in disqualification after Karrion Kross interfered following an impressive display by Lumis, who had just taken out The Authors of Pain with a top rope splash. The confrontation escalated into a brawl involving both The Final Testament and The Wyatt Sicks, with Nikki Cross attacking Scarlett before Erick Rowan launched her into the opposing faction at ringside. Uncle Howdy was notably absent from the altercation.
Bo Dallas reveals prior plans with Karrion Kross
Speaking to Dead Meat, Bo Dallas disclosed that he and Bray Wyatt had previously planned storylines involving Karrion Kross before Wyatt’s passing. Dallas, who now portrays Uncle Howdy, shared insight into their creative process:
When it was just Bray and Howdy before anything happened, we had a lot of conversations with Kross and had plans with Kross and a lot of stuff going into the future. To get the second chance to work with him and he has a mind like ours and loves a lot of the stuff we love, it’s awesome. Every day at work is just a great day.
