According to a new report, Logan Paul is now internally listed as a free agent within WWE. The move quietly reverses a company announcement from earlier in 2025 that had designated the social media star as exclusive to the Monday Night Raw roster.
WrestleVotes Radio reported that the change occurred at some point this year. The brand flexibility explains Paul’s recent feud with John Cena, which unfolded on SmackDown programming.
Paul, a former United States Champion, is coming off a loss to Cena at WWE Clash in Paris. Outside the ring, he also recently tied the knot.
The superstar has drawn headlines for non-kayfabe reasons as well. On September 18, 2025, Paul apologized to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson after accidentally leaking a private video message. The clip confirmed the two had reconciled following a public falling out in 2017, which stemmed from a controversial vlog Paul filmed in Japan involving a s–cide victim.
Paul also voiced support for WWE holding WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia in 2027, citing his own career milestones in the country, including his United States Title victory over Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel.
