Live results:

The show begins with Ridge Holland entering the arena using Chase U’s theme music. He taunts the crowd by destroying a Chase U banner, following his victory over Andre Chase the previous week – a win that earned him a title shot and ended Chase U.

In the ring, amid the crowd’s boos, Holland smiles and warns that Trick Williams will be his next target.

Iron Survivor Challenge – Qualifying Match: Ethan Page vs. NXT Tag Team Champion Axiom w/ NXT Tag Team Champion Nathan Frazer
– Page hits Axiom with a Lariat, followed by a pinfall.

Sarah Schreiber interviews Ethan Page after the match. He says he always finds ways to overcome obstacles but is interrupted by Nathan Frazer. Page acknowledges Frazer’s speed but suggests he should “pump the brakes” when talking. Wes Lee intervenes, declaring he will win the Iron Survivor Challenge. Je’Von Evans appears next, but they’re all interrupted by OTM. Other division teams join the chaos. Axiom and Nathan start a confrontation.

Backstage, Lola Vice talks with Stephanie Vaquer. The Chilean makes it clear she didn’t need help to beat Jaida Parker last week. Vice agrees. When Vaquer leaves, Wren Sinclair appears to remind Vice how Parker hit her face with a brick. Vice gets irritated by the comment, ensuring that her fist never lies.

In the cafeteria, Ashante “Thee” Adonis and Nikkita Lyons are talking when Karmen Petrovic aggressively interrupts them. Lyons leaves, reminding Adonis that he already has her number. When Petrovic tries to follow Lyons, Adonis stops her. Petrovic pushes Adonis before leaving.

Singles Match: Lola Vice vs. Wren Sinclair w/ NXT Heritage Cup Champion Charlie Dempsey
– Vice delivers a Backfist to Sinclair, followed by a pinfall.

Vice shouts at the camera, promising Jaida Parker they will soon face each other in an Underground Match.

Backstage, Shawn Spears and Brooks Jensen are talking. Jensen praises his partner, saying how his planning and manipulation of everyone was magnificent. Spears just smiles before heading to the ring.

Tatum Paxley plays with her dolls, telling them she could become champion tonight. Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx interrupt her, taking her dolls and making it clear that a “nerd” like her will never be champion. The heels leave. “Your past will haunt you,” says Paxley before leaving. Suddenly, we see a hand picking up a doll from the floor that resembles Gigi Dolin.

NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Tony D’Angelo (c) vs. Shawn Spears w/ Brooks Jensen
– D’Angelo hits a Spinebuster on Spears, followed by a pinfall.

Brooks Jensen attacks Tony during his victory celebration. The champion manages to reverse the situation when Nico Vance suddenly appears to attack him! Vance, Brooks, and Spears pose over Tony to end the segment.

Meanwhile, chaos continues completely out of control in the parking lot. Several cars suffer the effects of the all-out brawl led by the division’s tag teams.

In a video, we see a solitary Andre Chase packing his things. Everything reminds him of Chase U. After taking one last look at his nameplate, Andre prepares to leave the premises. “Hey, Mr. Chase,” says a familiar voice (Duke Hudson) from behind. Andre turns around, and at that moment the video ends.

Iron Survivor Challenge – Qualifying Match: Giulia vs. Kelani Jordan
– Giulia delivers a Northern Powerbomb to Jordan, followed by a pinfall.

Ava meets with the Iron Survivor Challenge losers to announce they’ll have another chance next week. Everyone thanks her for the opportunity. As for Axiom and Nathan Frazer, Ava announces that in seven days there will be a Battle Royal between teams to determine their Tag Team Championship challengers at NXT Deadline. Axiom protests, pointing out they’ll have to compete twice at the event. Frazer downplays the situation, reminding his partner they can handle it. A new commotion begins. Ava tries to return to her office, but Eddy Thorpe stops her by grabbing her hand. “Never touch me again,” exclaims the General Manager. Suddenly, the door slams in her face due to the chaos. Ava falls to the ground.

An enraged Shawn Michaels violently pushes Eddy Thorpe after the incident with Ava. The NXT Director reprimands him before ordering him to leave. Shawn returns to help Ava, ending the segment.

Trick Williams enters the ring. He acknowledges that NXT has descended into chaos in recent weeks. He laments the end of Chase U and questions why Ridge Holland takes pride in what he did. Williams recalls the champions who led NXT, including Bron Breakker, Ilja Dragunov, and Carmelo Hayes, but says Holland seems to have come only to destroy.

Holland interrupts Williams. Several referees prevent him from approaching the ring. However, the Brit is interrupted by Eric Bischoff, who announces his presence on the brand next week. Bischoff wants to know what motivates each of them and promises that, after his intervention, both will want to destroy each other at NXT Deadline, or perhaps right there in the ring.

NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Fallon Henley (c) vs. Tatum Paxley
– Henley hits a Famouser on Paxley, followed by a pinfall. Fatal Influence begins an attack against Paxley.

Suddenly, Gigi Dolin’s theme music starts playing. Jacy, Jazmyn, and Fallon turn toward the entrance ramp, expecting the former champion. However, she appears behind them, starting a fight.

Dolin manages to break free from the heels before approaching Paxley to help her up. Jayne and Henley attack Gigi again, but this time she has Paxley’s support. Paxley launches herself at Fallon while Dolin fights with Jacy. The heels receive simultaneous Enziguris that send them straight to ringside. Fatal Influence regroups while Tatum and Gigi celebrate inside the ring. “Welcome back!” chant the fans as the episode comes to an end.

End of show.
